Jesse Matsuoka is an accomplished restaurant manager whose diverse upbringing spans the lush landscapes of Hawaii, the picturesque Hamptons, and the rich culture of Japan. As a Japanese-American restaurateur with over 20 years of culinary experience across the US, Japan, and Hawaii, Jesse is dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences that delight each guest.
With a deep-rooted passion for Japanese hospitality, Jesse travels to Japan multiple times a year to immerse himself in its traditions and practices, continually refining his understanding of service excellence. His extensive experience in sushi restaurants throughout Japan has shaped his commitment to outstanding food, drink, and ambiance.

Hailing from Chicago, Chef Carolyn Stec is a proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where she earned degrees in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, and a Master’s in Food Service Education. Her culinary journey includes collaborations with legends like Julia Child and Emeril Lagasse through her work on the university's special events team.
Chef Carolyn's passion for the Hamptons shines through her love of local farms and her commitment to working closely with farmers to bring the freshest ingredients to her kitchen. This dedication enhances her culinary creations, which often feature seasonal produce and flavors from the region.
Her diverse experience includes an internship at Walt Disney World and serving as a community liaison for Johnson & Wales, where she taught culinary classes at food pantries. Chef Carolyn’s adventures on international cruise ships took her to 76 countries, allowing her to explore a variety of global cuisines.
